Meet the Team

Kim Lengle is a storyteller, strategist, and builder who has spent her career solving complex problems and creating new paths for growth.

She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her Master of Science from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism.

As an investigative reporter, Kim became known for hidden-camera work that held institutions accountable — earning two Emmy nominations along the way.

After journalism, she turned to business and finance, earning the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation — the highest certification in risk management — to lead the turnaround of a 50-year-old insurance agency. Through analytics, automation, and operational transformation, she positioned the company for a successful sale at an above-market multiple.

Following that exit, Kim began advising venture-backed startups and influencers on growth and fundraising strategy. Working in those male-dominated spaces often meant watching founders take credit for her insights — a frustration that ultimately inspired her to build something of her own.

During the pandemic, she taught herself to ski — going from beginner to expert in under three years by using AI tools to accelerate her learning. That same self-driven, experimental spirit led to the creation of Pause Whisperer.

Kim now brings together her rigor as a journalist, discipline as a strategist, and creativity as a founder to close one of the largest gaps in women's health — helping women finally hear what their bodies have been saying all along.
